Since our inception, the largest part of our resources has been dedicated to the purveying of the freshest ingredients, individual attention to what goes into our kitchen, and to operate in a safe and healthy environment for our guests and employees. 

Daily, our primary directive is upholding meticulous hygiene and cleanliness procedures and practices. More than ever, we’re committed to up keeping our excellent health and sanitation record, and to deliver the highest quality of ingredient-driven foods.

OUR HEALTH & SAFETY OPERATIONAL DIRECTIVES

  • Closely monitor of updates from the CDC, WHO, local, and state, health departments.
  • Professional Sanitation Monitoring by ECOLAB inc.
  • Our sanitizing and disinfecting products are supplied on a ready-to-use basis by ECOLAB inc. Offering our staff the highest grade products for cleaning our restaurants.
  • Increased frequency and extent of our cleaning and disinfecting practices, especially as it pertains to objects and surfaces routinely touched by guests.

STAFF AND GUEST PREVENTIVE MEASURES

  • Wash hands with soap and water at least 20 seconds
  • Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains 60-95% alcohol
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Informed staff to stay home if they feel ill
  • Strict Adherence to guidelines from CDC in staff common areas
